Barry is dancing for Charity at the Midsummer Ball!
Over the past few years we at Cardens have supported the Rockinghorse Foundation. We have participated in charity quizzes, five-a-side football tournaments and have also taken part in their Dress as an Elf on the Twelfth of December. This year though, our very own Barry Carden is dancing the Charleston for their Midsummer Ball!
Rockinghorse is the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s hospital. They raise money for life saving and cutting edge medical equipment for children that really need it. The DM Thomas Foundation for young people raises funds to support young people in the areas of health and education, it has evolved and expanded across Europe positively impacting on the lives of thousands of vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
The Midsummer Ball is a “Strictly Come Dancing” style competition taking place at The Hilton Brighton Metropole. Barry and three other contestants will be dancing in front of a panel of Judges. Each contestant has been targeted to raise £1,000 for Rockinghorse and the DM Thomas Foundation for Young People.
