If you use Xero, you already enjoy the benefits of having bank feeds, with industry leading bank reconciliation tools. Great customer invoicing, with automatic payment reminders and plugin payment tools like GoCardless and Stripe to help you get paid faster, for example. As well as hundreds of online apps for every aspect of your business with Xero at their heart.
Xero Analytics financial health checks
Now, Xero has taken this one step further. It has launched Analytics & Analytics Plus to help you keep on top of your cashflow and profit projections.
Using the information at Xero disposal, like your invoices, due dates, and banking information, Xero can now produce short term cashflow projections and provide you with a financial health check.
Cashflow and Business Snapshot with Xero
For no extra cost Xero Analytics includes two new reports:
- Short-term cashflow – See cashflows for 7/30 days, allowing you to plan better and smarter.
- Business snapshot – You can track key reporting information like your profit, loss and key margins. Other information includes debtor pay days and cash balances all in one place for periods coving last month, quarters or year to date.
These can be found within the “business” drop down list on the blue bar in Xero.
Finally, Xero Analytics Plus is free until the end of January 2022 (£5 a month after that). Plus enhances these reports by allowing you to see your cashflow up to 90 days in the future.
Furthermore, the scenario Business Snapshot report enables you to see how small changes can make a big difference to both your cashflow and profit. For example, have your even wondered what your cashflow would look like by reducing your general expenses and entertainment bill by 50%? With Xero Analytics Plus, you can now easily find out by reviewing your figures like never before.
