Cardens judge ‘best newcomer’ at the Brighton Food & Drink Festival

A collection of Brighton’s finest in hospitality gathered at the Hotel Du Vin to attend the grand finals of the Brighton Food & Drink Festival on Monday evening.

Over the spring, several thousand members of the public voted on what would be their favourite food and drink in the city.Then at the end of June the nominations were whittled down to a ‘top three’ in each category which were then passed on to 26 judges to decide the winners.

Cardens along with The Argus were judges for the category ‘best newcomer’ and the winner on the night was awarded to 64 Degrees with 2nd and 3rd place going to Curry Leaf Café and Pizzaface.
